Cancellation policy
Our therapist’s time is in demand so if you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in cancellation charges. See our cancellation policy for more details.

Medicare Rebates
If you have a mental health care plan from your GP you will need to make sure you bring both your Medicare card and the referral letter from your GP to your first appointment.

Private Health Insurance
If you would like to make a claim to your private health fund we can process it on the spot if you bring your health fund access card.

Our Location

Our practice is located on Collins St, Melbourne CBD. To find us, enter the 12 Collins St building and take the lift to the 4th floor.

After Hours Access
If your appointment time begins after 6pm Monday-Friday or anytime on Saturday, you will need to call reception on 03 9052 4365 to gain entry as the building is closed to the public outside of business hours.
