Rebecca has been a central player in Mindview Psychology operations since 2021. Bec originally joined the team as an intern but her positive, supportive attitude and strong work ethic has made her a valuable and much-appreciated permanent member of the team.
Originally from Sri Lanka, Rebecca moved to Melbourne in 2018 to pursue higher education in mental health. Rebecca completed her Bachelor’s in Psychological Science at Deakin University in early 2022 and is currently completing her master’s in Social Work at ACAP. Bec will be a qualified social worker at the end of 2024.
Rebecca has a major interest in mental health, she aspires to utilise her qualifications in social work to contribute to domestic violence interventions and supports.
Rebecca values authenticity and viewing life through a positive lens.
Bec loves her role as a client support officer at Mindview Psychology because she can be involved in matching clients to the right psychologist, which she understands is a crucial part of the therapeutic process. She is much appreciated by her team for her warm, supportive and professional approach to all that she contributes.
