Jason Chung

Jason Chung is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Jason has experience providing psychological support to people struggling with various difficulties, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, ADHD, grief & loss, and anger.

Jason adopts a person-centred approach and strives to create a compassionate, safe and non-judgemental therapeutic environment. He adopts a ‘teamwork approach’ where the aim is to work in collaboration with his clients to help them gain understanding and awareness of their difficulties, better able to manage those difficulties, and take steps towards building the life they find valuable.

Jason tailors his approach to each individual and utilises various evidence-based treatment modalities to best suit the client’s needs and goals. Jason’s treatment approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy.
